Bill and his wife were great, they quoted me $62 + tax for the repairs on my chain and bracelet, and when I went to pick it up, they told me that the repairs didn't cost as much as they though and they only charged me $40 all tax included. Most businesses would have jumped on the opportunity and charge me full price. On top of it all, they offered me $160 for my scrap 18kt gold, $20 more then the previous place I've been to. Very please with their services.

From the moment I walked in the owner, Bill, treated me like we were old friends. I had had an issue with one of the employees, Tiffany, and I was pleased to find out that they had let her go. They had to most beautiful selection of rings, and plenty more in catalogs that Bill was more than happy to order in for me. He also offered to customize anything I wanted. He was willing to work within my budget and still got me a diamond that is of fantastic quality. I feel like I am part of the family there now. I am so glad my friend recommended them to me. I can't wait to get my wedding bands from them.

They sold me a previously owned watch. Said it had been checked out, but it stopped working several times each time it was sent out for repairs months later I'm still waiting for watch. Won't go back again. Lots of excuses. Very disorganized.

Great selection and service until they have to deliver a product. Like so many companies in retail the service stops once the loan has been approved or the money is in their hands. Was promised an engagement ring approx 2 weeks before it was actually ready. All sorts of excuses. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I was refered by a friend. Needless to say I will never do business with them again.
