Great Oak RV Resort

We were told we would have a large site, but then they switched us to a small site, our 20' foot trailer barely fit on. We were told the site we were to get was occupied. We walked down there that night, but no one was on the site. The next day a large trailer had that site. I think we were downsized so they could rent another site. The site we were put on was a giant ant nest. It was the poorest laid out site we have ever been on. The light and water hook-ups were at one end of the site, the sewer was on the other end, so far away that our 15' hose wouldn't reach. No WiFi, no cable, nothing for children. The only good thing was the price.

Unless you are in the click with the permanent residents you don't fit in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Some of the permanent residents were nice, but the majority, along with the owners, just think that they are better than everyone else in the world. It would be a nice campground if the lots were not so close, I must admit that the restrooms and laundry were very clean. Just as an example, the neighbors knocked on the outside of my daughters camper to make their dogs bark, then complained to the owners. Little did they know that my daughter was inside with them. If you have children or pets, please heed my warning, do not go to this campground!

J'y retournerais certainement l'année prochaine.
