I've had horrible customer service before but hands down they got any and everyone else I've dealt with beat. The "lady" who answers the phone to schedule driving lessons and coordinate road test is an ocre to say the least. I'm not sure if she was interested in anything I had to say or even cared. Not helpful doesn't even describe my experience, I mean if I keep asking you about your availability how about you quit telling me how booked you are on everyday I suggest or how your "drivers" may not be available and tell me when the hell can you put me down. How can they even be booked is beyond my comprehension. Learning to drive, brushing up or just going for a road test is stressful enough, you don't need their added IDGAF attitude. In conclusion: go ahead and take your chances but unless this is all you find available or can only afford DONT even entertain doing business with these guys.

I registered for my son's first time driving class. The instructor did not show up. I called their office the customer service did not give me proper customer service and hangs up on me three times due to my accented English. On top of that they are not refunding the money we paid for the service we did not get. horrible experience even before my son learn his lesson. I will not recommend anyone for this school
