Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

We went last night with 6 friends and it was an awful service. Very sad that even the manager did not care at all.

Looks like a very nice restaurant. Food was great. Waitress was terriable she didnt no what she was doing and very very slow. Took us 2 hours there. I wanted to try desert but didnt. Took way to long. Then she brings out my 2nd beer when we were done.

You can have better service and better food quality in fort Myers, this outlet is very poor in service, drinks are the worsed, and food no better. Thie outlet does not follow the credo of the company. Food made from scratch? I think not. Dint ask for the manager, she too busy out the back smoking to bother with customer concerns.

Went last Monday for my sisters graduation . Got there early to reserve a table for 17 . The hostess was very nice and said she was giving us 2 large booth . As my family was on their way there the MANAGER was going to give one the booth that she clearly knew I was their early to save . Luckily another family was leaving so we were still able to sit together . If not she would of given the table away . After a $400 bill later and poor customer service the manager never came back to apologize or anything but yet she went to the table that she gave away at least 3 times and gave them 2 free meal . The manager is the indian/chiness looking lady . I would not recommend this place to anyone that has a large parry or celebrating a special event especially when your coming early to make sure everything is ready .

1st visit was great when they first opened. But now that they have been open about a month they have changed already. Play spanish music and will not make reservations! Had a big party, you would think they would like the business. So we took our business next door to OUTBACK! Wont be going back there again!

1st time here haven't even eaten yet but it took us 1hour and 45mins to get seated worst management ever and they didn't take call ahead for a party of 12

Horrible. 6 items Gluten-free. Bad service. All orders were incorrect then manager through server under the bus. Will go under once Outback opens next door.

If you love great food cooked the way your grandmother made it then Cheddars in Kissimmee is THE place to go. Fresh ingredients, cooked beautifully, presented wonderfully and delivered by smiling, caring staff this restaurant is the yard stick by which other restaurants should be measured. The surroundings are superb with wood block tables, stone walls and plants. Aesthetically pleasing but not overpowering the decor is first rate. I enjoyed a prime rib dinner. It was juicy and tender and the flavor succulent. It reminded me of the food my great aunt made in Ireland in the 60s. You do not get flavors like this in some top class restaurants. I have no idea how they can afford to cook from scratch and charge less than $17 for an absolutely magnificent meal. Cheddar's is definitely a very welcome addition to our local area and I cannot wait to return.
