If i could give this place a 0 I would. NEVER in my life have I met such rude and nasty staff....I decided to not even get treatment there. From the very beginning I was treated like dirt when dealing with Barbra who checks on the insurance coverage. Who seems like shes miserable and not happy to help at all. I waited for 1 1/2 to be seen by a doctor after my consult I asked the doctor if I could call my primary dentist to help me make a decision on weather I should keep my tooth or have it extracted he said sure ...the call took 7min when i came back into the office i was told i needed to reschedule... i drove over an hour to make it to this appt paid for my consult and then was told i couldnt be seen....NO empathy at all to bad so sad attitude. I rather take my business else where someplace where im treated with kindly and considerately
