Our laser is a class IV Therapy Laser, which is the strongest, most effective laser on the market today. Declawing
At Big Creek Veterinary Hospital, we offer “routine” surgeries including spays (or ovariohystorectomies) for female animals, neuters (or castrations) for male animals, and declawing for young cats. We also offer more advanced surgeries such as ear canal ablasions, cruciate ligament repair, patella tie downs, eye removal (enucleation), bladder surgeries (cystotomy), gastrointestinal surgeries, and “lump” removals.

Laboratory Services
Our hospital is equipped with a full service in house laboratory, digital x-ray, endoscopy, and therapy laser. Most often, we will be able to perform your pet’s diagnostic tests while you wait in our comfortable waiting room. Once your pet’s tests are completed, you will then meet with the veterinarian again to discuss the results, obtain medications your pet may need, and ask any more questions you may have. Our receptionist will then handle billing and schedule any needed follow up appointments.

Microchipping
Microchips have helped reunite thousands of pets with their families. At Big Creek Veterinary Hospital we use “Home Again” microchips. These chips permanently identify your pet and link your pet to Big Creek and to your home address in a national computer registry. The “Home Again” company offers programs that will send out an “Amber Alert” like message to area veterinary hospitals and shelters if your pet disappears. If your pet has a different brand of microchip “Home Again” can register your pet’s existing microchip and you can access all of the benefits of “Home Again’s” services.
