I have had a terrible experience with the girl in the office who put my bracelet on and who I spoke to this morning. Im taking care of a charge from 4 years back for disorderly contact and have to do 11 days on GPS. The girl in the office was rude and claims she told me I had to do my grocery shopping before getting the bracelet on. It was no problem because I asked a family member to buy them but she kept saying she knows she told me and ex.rude. How many people does she speak to in a day? And she is certain she remembered to tell me? Well she didnt because i had no idea. I then was sitting in the office to get my bracelet on and she was talking about two difficult clients to her co worker another young gal and mentioned the peoples last name right infront of me! Very unprofessional and I sure hope when I left that my first and last name was not brought up infront of their clients. One was a Cassy and another names Jesse W#n#%s. The same lady today spoke in a rude tone.bad experience
