Moriri Hair Etc Salon & Day Spa

Until recently, frequented the salon every time I came home from college. Had a favorite stylist, Lynn, who does an excellent job and works hard. Also, really like the woman responsible for eye brow waxes. Unfortunately, the salon does a poor job at managing the schedules of its employees and books appointments on top of each other. I had to wait 15-45 minutes past my appt on three separate occasions. The second time the wait was so long I chose a different stylist. The third time a stylist, not Lynn, was going to make me wait 45 min past my appt time and gave me an attitude that suggested I was encroaching on her time. I refused to wait on such a snobby stylist and was not compensated in any way whatsoever. That was the last time I visited the salon.

I love Moriri salon. I always go there to get my hair done. Highly recommend Lana Sammartino. She does my hair last two years and she always does excellent job. Very friendly, professional. I like her a lot and I trust her. I like Linda too.

After being in this town for a couple of years I have my share of salons, after spending a couple of 8 months @ Moriri-hair I have observed Lots of things about this place, Lets start w/how Outdated the place looks I thought i was walking in to an old folks homes, the old pink from the 80's has togo, getting a massage and a facial with Sherry was superb; However t/walls r so thin i couldn't relax all i kept having in my head was the tumbling from t/washer/ dryer going t/whole time, need some sound proof walls & darker shades for the windows, pedicure & Manicure needs to update 21st century ppl. & after going to several stylist there it seem that the management never has it together always making mistakes and putting me with new ppl everytime, there are only a few exception ppl that i can truly say take the time & do great work, personality are always t/same a/t knowledge is great. Sanela, Marlin,& my lastone Vivian excellent stylist know how to work with hair blow dry excellent great

I love this place. Have had my hair done, a facial, eyebrows done. I go at least once every six weeks, and Linda is fantastic. She listens, but at the same time, she has wonderful suggestions to make me feel great!
