Berkeley Eye Center

I have been to the Berkeley Center yesterday for my annual check-up with Dr. Palumbo. He was very professional so is everybody else there specially the blond curly lady that took care about me before I saw the Dr.We had a big laugh about my accent.
I specially want to thank Mr. Mark at the store who always takes care about my new glasses. He is very nice, polite and professional. Gave me all the pricing and checked on my insurance co-part and managed for me to keep my glasses until the new ones arrive. Very very helpful.

So far, just wonderful as I approach getting two cataract surgeries.................................

I have been a patient of Dr. polumbo for several years, I wear contacts and he has bee a great doctor to keep me in the best comfort and eye site wearing contacts. What a blessing to have such a great staff to be able to be part of.

Amazing eye visit / examination at Berkeley Eye Center - Kingwood. Everyone is so professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. I received a very thorough exam and will definitely return for my follow-up eye examinations.

Been seeing Dr McQueen for my Glaucoma for 12 years and have had several eye procedures and I have never had a bad experience or a complaint about anyone or anything. They couldn't be any better.

I took my special needs grown daughter to have her eyes checked. I couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of people. Very patient, kind and helpful. Nice facility. I will go back.

All who helped us ~ were outstanding, again!!! From the gentleman who took us back and did the eye testing & drops ~ to Dr. Barker and her assistant, it was a very pleasant experience. My husband and I have been going to the Kingwood office now for over four years; the optical store is pleasant and efficient also. Today, Michelle assisted with my new prescription and frames with expertise and a wonderful personality. We appreciate every single person`s caring efforts, truly!! We can rest assured -- with this office, meeting our needs every visit.

I always feel welcome at Kingwood, Dr McQueen is one of my favorite physicians. Not only do I feel he is an excellent physician that cares about any eye problems I have or may have in the future he is a caring, thoughtful individual. The nurses who work with him are very efficient and personable.

The Kingwood office is an office of efficiency, You get in and out with the minimum of waiting. At the same time all the staff is professional. Dr. McQueen, I believe, is an outstanding doctor whom I would recommend to anyone having eye issues.

I always have a pleasurable experience when I visit Berkeley Clinic. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

The office is in a very convenient location from my job and home. The doctor and the support staff were very nice and patient with my children throughout the exam.

Dr McQueen in Kingwood office tested my eyes and said he could help my vision. He operated on both eyes in December 2013 and I am amazed at how much better I can see. It is truly one of the best decision I've made health wise. It was a spiritual experience. I would recommend Dr Mcqueen to everybody with vision problems. all the staff was very friendly and professional. Praise the name of Jesus!

The folks in the optical area were just wonderful this last Friday. There were 4 personnel there and 3 out of the 4 approached me to assist within just a 1-2 minutes of arriving. They were all very helpful and attentive.

I was able to schedule an urgent appointment very quickly. Exam was thorough and Dr. McQueen and his assistants explained everything in detail to me. Great experience.
