Kingston Call A Cab Inc

When the owner was away, I needed to be picked up at my dr. and was left waiting for 3 hrs.( in Pok.) When I called I was told I just called. Dont these people understand cell phones have a log of all calls and times. I don't like being called a liar. When the taxi finally got there, she told me she went the wrong way. Funny there are only 2 bridges so how can you go the wrong way? I have been using another more professional and clean company for all my medical.

Ive had bad experiences with kingston cabs where twice they did not show up and i missed medical appointments. Since i switched to kingston call a cab, they are always prompt and the drivers are very nice. Dispatched will call you to let you know they are outside so your not waiting in the freezing cold. Ive had nothing but good experiences with them, but all my appointments are medical during doctors office hpurs. The company is not 24 hours because these people ern have families to go home to at night. But they are very reliable for medicaid taxi.
