Since this place is close to where I live, I took my car there for an oil change, and asked them to take a look at my rear wiper blade to see whether they can do a rubber wiper blade refill. I just ask them to TAKE A LOOK. However, the REMOVE the wiper blade and the blade arm, and during the procedure they BREAK the arm. Now, they suggest me to get a full replace at dealer which might cost more than $80. They blame the arm is too fragile. I do not really understand why they cannot just visually examine it and give me a call. That is what I asked for. I have not asked them do the work yet. Their oil change is not cheap, which cost $65. I expect a decent service, since the previous garage I went to only charges half of the price. Given they really mess up the situation, I highly doubt the quality of their fix in general. Never recommend anyone to go there.
