Sullivan Digestive Center

I went to Dr. Sullivan for a colonoscopy & then again for an endoscopy.....they will not do the two procedures together...because of money I'm sure. I had both procedures done together before at a different place with no problem. If you want a thorough caring Dr. , this is not the one! My physician sent me there because I was having some issues. Upon arriving for my first appointment & expecting to see the physician to listen to my case & answer some of my questions, I was very dissatisfied & disappointed that I only got to see his nurse practitioner, who did not know the answers to any of my questions. I saw & spoke to Dr. Sullivan only after being prepped for my first procedure & it was the same for my second procedure on a different date. They herd all of their patients in & out of that place as soon as possible (more patients seen that way). He does not schedule a return appointment for you, even to discuss his findings, unless you are having a major problem....very dissatisfied. The way I see it, he only cares about the money.

Stay away from these people. They rush people through too fast and take no responsibility . They extracted the breathing tube from my wife in such a hurry that they introduced stomach fluids into her lungs that led to a high fever and nearly $10,000 in emergency room fees. When we called them about the fever (during working hours) they had no interest in seeing her and could only refer us to the emergency room. A week before she had a procedure that resulted in a fat lip. When asked how that happened they just shrugged and suggested that maybe she bit her lip. Its more likely that they rushed the procedure and injured her.
