Gun Rack

Have utilized The Gun Rack for conceal carry classes. Very accommodating and willing to go out of their way to assist.

They have a decent selection of firearms. Used section is a bit on the small side.

They now offer a indoor shooting range, though I have yet to use it.

I went today looking for a specific weapon, but was told I was "out of luck". Only one employee seemed willing to communicate or be of any help. The rest gave off a vibe of indifference, even when asked about ordering the gun I was looking for.

I ended up buying the gun from another business two miles down the road.

Purchased a brand new Mossberg Shotgun that never worked. I took it back and was told that they could only send it to the factory and it would be six weeks for repair or I could sell it back to them at 80% of value, which was really 50% of what I paid. I took my 50% reluctantly because I didn't want to wait six weeks. I told a friend about it, he went to The Gun Rack, noticed it was on the shelf, and purchased it at a discount but more than what I re-sold it for after he told them he knew the history. They said they were able to repair it in-house. This place is a RIP OFF and shouldn't be allowed to sell weapons. Don't trade with these people.

Totally perfessional staff, answered all my questions and got me the best deal on my new firearm. Sally and her staff are very helpful and friendly.

in my opinion they sold us a paper weight, aka a gun that dont work. they refused assistance when returned less than a week later, no buy back, refund, fix or exchange. we totally regret doing business here. there are several gun dealers in the tri-cities, save the grief and take your business elseshere
