Agota Springs

I had such a nice day here and plan to send all of my friends, I had no issues and thought the workers were very nice. I would send my friends and plan on taking my family when they come in town. It's the luxury and elegance that we need in the tri-cities.

Without going into the nightmare... stay away. Don't trust your special day with these people. Very rude and they could care less about you. After searching very hard to make sure it wasn't just us we only found many complaints and no compliments about these people. Lack of communication (if any), lack of caring, and down right rude. I'm not sure that the owners care if they get any business because it sure didn't seem like it. I've yet to find anybody that has dealt with this place that would recommend it.

My husband schedule appointments for spa treatments at Agota Springs today for my birthday. The place is absolutely beautiful, and the facial and massages were excellent. I felt like the facial did more for my skin than any of the several facials I have had - it was not just a feel-good facial, I really like the product line they used. I am so glad this place is in Kingsport and I hope they do very well. Spread the word to anyone you know looking for a place to have a wedding too!
