still dont understand how this crook is still in business. .pay those whom you owe their refunds..irs has said you cashed the checks..they do have tour signature mr blue and yes the irs was nice enough to send me copy of it and jackson hewit in california also gave proof of you having it

Went in, got my taxes done, and paid $159... over the next week looked up irs.gov and they still had nothing, so I called back. At this point they told me they forgot to pay it, but I didn't pay them to file my taxes, I paid them to compile them, which is true, however it was implied they would... once I figured it out I spent four days trying to reach the owner or manager with no return calls! The only way I was finally able to talk to them was to wait in the office for over TWO HOURS!!! Very rude, unhelpful, and just a horrible experience! Will not be returning!
