Doolittle Pet Grooming

My over all impression of this place is it needs to be closed. The place smells. I understand it is a dog grooming shop but a little cleaning disinfectant wouldn't hurt. The time it takes these gals to get a dog in and out is ridiculous, 4 plus hours is way too long. My dog was burned and cut. The vet in town had much to say about receiving injured dogs after their grooming from this place. When I contacted them the owner claimes not to have any idea about the situation with my dog. I wouldn't even give them the one star but couldn't leave a review with it.

We have been taking our collection of dogs several years now to Dolittles. We have never been disappointed with the grooming/care given to our animals.Dolittle's staff are friendly & professional and groom exactly as requested. You'll love them!

I recently took my 2 schnauzers in and I have to say I love what the new ownership of the business has done with the place. It is much cleaner and my dogs were done beautifully!!! Ashley (new owner) was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. I recommend this place to anyone who wants their furry friends to be loved like I love mine!

I took my Calico cat there for a simple wash, dry and nail clipping and regretted it greatly. She was there for over 5 hours sitting in her carrier and when I picked her up she hadn't been dried at all. It looked like they put her in the carrier soaking wet and let her air dry under the air conditioner; poor thing was shivering all over. Then they charged nearly double what my regular groomer charged. And to top it all off they didn't even clip her nails, the one reason I take her to a groomer rather than bathe her myself. If it hadn't been necessary for her to be groomed today I would've waited the month to see her regular groomer.
