They promised me I would have my dress ready for a black tie affair by 12pm on Sat and I told them it was crucial and they promised it would be done. I show up late... 2pm.. And they tell me it's not ready and will be at least an hour, made me late for my affair, and refused to take money off of the price. They didn't even do a good job... Don't go here!

DO NOT ENTER! I was criticized about my weight. Instead of admitting that the alterations were not done correctly, they tried to claim that I gained a ton of weight in a week long period. My sisters' dresses were completely ruined as well. They can not be fixed and we have less than 2 weeks before the wedding. We have no clue what we are going to do. If this review stops just one bride from stepping foot into this chop shop, than I will at least have a little satisfaction and have saved someone else's wedding, unlike my own.
