The service at this post office is lacking in customer service. A US Postal money order was purchased in New Jersey and sent to Kings Mountain where an attempt was made to cash it and the clerk was so unaccommodating in handling the transaction. Even when the customer called the customer service center to verify the money order being legitimate with a reference number did not satisfy the clerk in Kings Mountain. Poor, poor customer service along with the fact there is not a telephone number listing for this post office on the Internet's Switchboard Digital Directory. Considering the money order matter, please know this; there are honest people in these United States!
