They ignored every concerned we had with my family member. They also would just leave him hanging over the edge of his wheelchair. Not once unless if I made a big issue did they do their jobs to help him. They killed him by not taking the correct actions

If moving there, you might want to get a "lock box" so your stuff doesn't go missing. There are no special menu's to speak of. Everyone kinda gets the same things to eat. There aren't many elevators and you can't take the steps. This place tries their hardest to make life comfortable for it's residents with what they have.

My Dad was at King for only 4 months when he passed away. They "missed" giving him his meds on many occasions, he had money stolen out of his wallet the first week there. He had a ring stolen that he wore all of the time. He had been a smoker for 40 years, but not once did they take him out to smoke. Even though we had provided him with plenty of cigarettes. I provided his favorite coffee creamer and the only times they ever offered it to him, is when I was there and asked about it. They also misplaced his Army blanket that meant so much to him. They found it in time to get it back to him on his death bed. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there, much less a loved one.
