Nak Muay school is a great place to learn Martial Arts! The instructors are great, they are not only the best at what they do, but they are great role models. The school is like a big family everyone is very friendly and helpful, the energy is great! Its a great place to be. This school welcomes everyone boys, girls, children, it doesn't matter what age everyone is welcome! I love training there, and I met a bunch of wonderful people there. Kickboxing has literally changed my life! I used to sit around playing videogames and eating junk food all day, which isnt bad if youre at least getting exercise, but I wasnt. At all. My mom would constantly push me out the door to get some exercise but Id always whine and tell her Id go some other time. When I saw that the Nak Muay Gym offered kickboxing classes, I immediately signed up, and I wasnt disappointed. The people were nice and the instructors were very good at teaching beginners like me. Ive passed by the Nak Muay Gym a number of times before on my regular route home. I saw their 30-day free trial offer a few months ago and decided to walk in and inquire. This is a great place to train and get in shape. Instructors and students are friendly and down to earth, no egos but everyone is very serious about getting results, whether they are looking to lose a few pounds and get toned or fight at the highest level.
