Tangles if you do as you say and..... "strive to please your customers at any cost" then why didnt you use this opportunity to reach out to your dissatisfied customer/s here on this page. Based on your extremely unprofessional response to your customer-you are exactly what the reviews make you out to be. Speaking from the standpoint of a small business owner myself I'm shocked and in disbelief that you would ever call your paying customer the following..... "extremely twisted" and " Very unbelievable". You have no class.
DO NOT GO HERE! You will be treated much better at any other salon in King George.
FYI...Most tanning places have u clean ur own bed!! I would think u would want to to ensure the bed is nice & clean to ur own standards. Calling a place horrible or awful cuz u have to clean ur own tanning bed makes no sense. 9 times out of 10, that's the rule at any tanning salon!....Just sayin...
I went to Tanglez on the advice of my good friend who has been having her hair done by the owner Pam Campbell for 20 yrs. Initially everyone was very nice. The stylist Tara severely burned my scalp and finally washed the color off after I asked 3 times. I have been getting my hair colored for over 15 yrs and have never had this happen. Gave them over 2 hrs for a color and cut on my SHORT hair. After the burn incident Tara was informed I had to leave by a certain time to pick up my 6 yr old and she said she had time. 15 min after the named time my hair is finally getting washed. I left out with wet sopping hair and was charged 115.00 . WHen I questioned was told they charge by coloring roots and the ends of hair are extra. My hair is short. Was told because they used Double color (I have a red strak in the front). I had to go back and get the BLACK dye removed off my face. WHen I got home I dried my hair only to find to my horror it was black!! Not chocolate Brown, When I called the owner Pam Campbell to request a refund due to my chemical burn, black hair and complete dissatisfaction was told "I don't do refunds!!" SHe said when I was there I shouldve complained and if I had not put such time constraints on my stylist the hair would have been done correctly. My old hair dresser cut my hair yesterday and told me to report them to the Board of Cosmetology.
If I could give no stars I would have.
They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
This is the worst hair experience EVER and I am not hard to please.

This story is extremely twisted, she never even gave my salon the oppurtunity to look at her hair or scalp after the services because of having to rush out on short notice. Very unbeleivable and we strive to please our customers at any cost.
