The organization provides assistance for victims to assess individual situations, plan short- and long-term goals and gain necessary information to make decisions. It offers case management and assistance services for residents in obtaining housing, employment, skills training, financial options and legal advocacy support.         Overall

        The staff at FIC are VERY rude! Its sad that a person can't even talk to the main people who are supposed to be there for them without getting an attitude. The bathrooms have mold, there was a dead rat in the ceiling causing an awful smell for months, they don't even provide soap in the bathroom. The staff picks out what they want when food is donated & then sends the rest to the back. My personal opinion, if you need somewhere to go DO NOT choose Families in Crisis.
