Colins Land Surveying Inc

I hired Collins land survey to write a legal description for me in January, 2019 and they did a fine job. In July, 2019 I tried to hire them to do a second and very similar job that didn't turn out so well.
First their secretary asked me to do some of the research work for them that involved calling the city planner and the county assessor. I thought that was odd, but accommodated them. I got the information they requested and forwarded it to the secretary.
After weeks of waiting and calling to find out the progress of our legal description,  Stuart Collins called and said they didn't have time to do our job. He went into this long explanation about field work and locating the pin and he just didn't have time. He said that the boundaries that we needed were just too precise. I told him that the property was mostly open pasture but he wasn't interested in listening. 
He told me to find someone else. 
I wouldn't recommend Collins Land Survey
