I brought my Ford F150 here on the recommendation of a friend. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Ryan and all the Premier team are. They did not go looking for every little problem they could scare me into fixing. The shop was clean, the service friendly, and I was very happy with how smooth my truck ran after the servicing. They did point out a sound they were hearing from one of the rear tires, and suggested I might want to check the tire balance. The tires were under warranty so I took the truck in and had the tires rotated and balanced. That also made a huge difference in how the truck drove. I had mistakenly thought the issue with the tires had been part of the engine running rough. With Premier's help my truck is now running much better!

I took my Pontiac Vibe in for an oil check and service check and the shop found a couple of problems. They fixed the cheaper of the problems and put some dye in the oil to see if the other possible problem was real (oil pan leak) I appreciated the interest in keeping my bill as low as possible.
