Brought the vehicle in due to a leak under the car. They determined it was due to an axel seal. It was replaced. A couple of months later it began to leak again. They replaced the axel seal again, without the charge. A few weeks later, they checked the seal again and it was working like new. Tim the manager, was very easy to work with.

I brought my car in to get a flat fixed. We were one day away from getting a new car and did not want to buy new tires. I also had a limited amount of time because I needed to pick up my 4 year old from school. They got me in quickly, fixed the flat and checked the other tires FREE OF CHARGE! Everyone there was very friendly.I will be back! Thanks for your great customer service.

I have gone to the Elliott Tire shop in Woodinville and had a terrific experience, so when I moved down to Kent and saw there was an Elliott's here I knew what I was in for. A wonderful and terrific experience.

I love this place. I have had tires from here for years and I just replaced all four tires earlier this year. I love their commitment to efficient, courteous and thorough service. I love the tire warranties that have free tire balancing and rotation for the life of the tire. I get email reminders to rotate and whenever it is time for service, I am always in and out within 30-45 mins. They get the job done!

I came here for new tires and I felt very well taken care of. When I asked for a service (tire alignment), they refused (kind of). The guy helping me looked at me like I was crazy and said "No. You don't need one. We can do one for you, but I looked at your tires and they look fine to me." Any place that is willing to be honest and pass up the $60 service gets an A in my book.
