At this office I was seeing Dr. Kelley Cerroni which I really like, she is very nice and always remembered or noted things that were going on in my life for example if I was taking some extra classes for work or going on a vacation, Which I thought added the extra touch. Her assistant Oliva whom was the girl who would place me in the doctors room was very very nice and also added that extra touch of personal with the patients. However I left this office due to the front desk staff, they are HORRIBLEEE- I am prescibled medication that the doctors cannot fax or call in to the pharmacy and the doctor can only prescribe me a 30 day supply at a time so I have to go to the doctors office every month and pick up my written presciption which is annoying as it is however I understand doctors have laws too, so as this already being an inconvenience each and everytime I called to have my prescription ready for pick up the front desk staff had NO clue what I was talking about. Another time I called to get my prescription ready for pick up and my doctor wasnt in that day so the staff had another doctor present in the office sign for the prescription, then the following week someone was calling me telling me my prescription was ready for pick up...When i already have the prescription so the staff I supposed never charted giving me medication. This past time I went to the office for my appointment, I thought my appointment was at 10:30am so I arrived at 10:30 on the dot, shortly after I sat down for my appointment the receptionist informs me that my appointment was actually at 10:15am, I then apologized and told her how I must have got the appointment times wrong, the receptionist then tells me that she would need to reshedule my appointment for another day, I thought this was completely rude and not understanding I could see if I was 30 minutes late but 15 minutes... Come on. The front desk staff is very UNPROFESSIONAL from the work they preform to the way they present themselves(greasy hair, zip up hoodies on top of scrubs, ect.) Its a shame the doctors are now losing patients due to the staff, I did really like my doctor but I cant handle this office anymore.

Dr. Uhall is very nice and seems to know what he's doing. I am not overly impressed with the rest of the practice, and the office staff is horrible. If you have a test done, don't expect to get the results without having to call multiple times over a period of several weeks and deal with rude office staff. The place is loaded with restrictions - no refills without an appointment, no prescriptions called into the pharmacy without an appointment - no more than one ailment per appointment (if you have more than one thing wrong with you, you must make more than one appointment), etc. Also, don't be fooled by the large practice - if your doctor is not available - it is almost impossible to get another doctor to see you. They are very territorial over their patients and will seldom allow you to see another doctor in their own practice! Give me a break.

I was a patient of Dr. Fantelli of Primary Care Associates.

From my experience Dr. Fantelli is about average, neither good or bad.

His staff however is an absolute NIGHTMARE far overriding any value he may bring.

Unfortunately, I cannot recomm...

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Primary Care Associates to anyone after my first two visits. Even before beginning our session, one of the doctors mentioned that they look up symptoms for flu outbreaks on regular Google searches. Search engines on the web are great for most sources of information, but you're going to find way too many inaccurate medical sites in a general search. People need more care and attention than a simple Google search.

And to top it all off, I was misdiagnosed on my first visit. The doctor prescribed medication for an STD, even though I'm not sexually active, and I had to request a blood test myself before getting the truth. The results were negative. Avoid this practice at all costs!
