Recently Superior Plumbing came out to do work on our kitchen sink. The technician, Mr. Shawn Wharton was very professional, very helpful and we were very impressed with the speed in which he completed the work.

They showed up the same day, in uniform and was very professional start to finish. He accessed the situation and gave me my options. Ended up getting a new water saving toilet for not much more that what the repair would of been. He went right to work, explained what he was doing and why and made sure all was cleaned up and ready to go when he finished.

Michael prove to be very efficient, clean, respected my property, answered all my questions, very personable, polite, very easy to talk to. He went the extra mile to handle everything that was asked of him. I appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me and wearing the foot covers while in my home.

Very honest plumbers. I had a really great experience with Superior Plumbing. They came and fixed a clog in our sewer line, which was making our sink drain slowly. Everything works wonderfully now. Thanks for everything.

They were able to fix a problem that I don't think anybody else could handle. Our minor bathroom leak that turned into a major problem was easily fixed when we called Superior plumbing.

DONT USE SUPERIOR PLUMBING!!! Their slogan is The Honest Plumber and guess what they are far away from honest! The service manager was very rude to me on the phone after I had to call him and discuss damages they caused at my house, after leaving three messages with no response. I should have never used them anyway because they use flat rate prices which benefits the company and not the customer. Their prices are too high and they caused more damage to my home than I orignally had with my old leak.

These guys have great service and they really take pride in their work! From the phone call to the service guy leaving was very nice! Thank you!

Rick was very courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done very timely and precise. This company has been used numerous times and with much satisfaction. Would not call another plumbing business.

Superior Plumbing is dependable and performs quality work. We have been very pleased each time we have used them to make plumbing repairs in our home.

This is the worst case of honest business that I have ever seen in my 40 plus years of being in the construction field. These crooks took advanage of my elderly aunt and charged her $ 340.00 to put in a wax ring the job took 40 minutes that is over $ 450.00 per hour. Please contact anyone else to do your work. Hell I can drive from Daytona Beach Florida and still make money at thier rates. These people should be put in jail. We have laws in the state of Florida to protect the elderly maybe Georgia should do the same .

Only used them as I was getting ready to leave town and had a small leak. The repair was totally over engineered and didn't need to be. The cost was at least 3 times what was expected and then they ran a water line through a pull out faucet. I had to repair their mistake.



When contacted the manager said send him a picture, which I did, and had no response. Had they simply responded and even said they were sorry , I would not have felt obligated to write this warning to other consumers.

This company is extremely expensive for the work they do! They charged me $489 to fix a pipe clog on day one. I get home and the toilet they had to remove to find the clog is constantly running. Day two, they wanted to charge me $295 to rebuild the toilet and I told them no. Eventually they came down to $85 to rebuild it. The day after that debacle I had another flood in my basement. The replaced my ejector pump and wanted to charge me the "Book Price" of $295 to diagnose the problem and $972 to replace and fix it. I got them down to $800 to fix it. I had no choice since it was the Holidays and my family was in town. If not I would have told them to take a hike. They took advantage of someone in a tough circumstance with family staying at my home.

They were overpriced, incompetent, and horrible to work with. They couldn't find the problem. I had to show them were the leak was, and then they charged me several times what anybody else would charge. After contacting others who have used them, EVERYONE SAID NEVER USE THEM!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. The only good reviews have to come from their own employees!

would not reccomend because they replace a pipe for my septic tank that never fixed the problem. I called Bowens plumbing and had to replace the entire septic system after paying Superior plumbing
