I drive a Tacoma truck with a 4 cyl engine. I went to get the oil changed and they put the amount of a 6 cyl. They overcharged me and then when I questioned them about it the service manager gave me a big attitude. They also put the wrong type of oil in the truck. So I over paid for the wrong oil and they said it will just be fine with the wrong oil!!! They are very Rude!!

I am a loyal toyota buyer. 5 cars total. I have never been more offended and hustled by anyone. These men are aggressive and rude. They just don't listen to what the customer wants and needs. Its like its they way or the highway!DON"T GIVE A PHONE NUMBER bc one guy had been calling me and harressing me after everything he said and did! I thought the nerve this rude man has! he called a few times and then i told him i bought a jeep so he would leave me alone. But really i went to baton rouge and bought a 4-runner. These men needs to train and show more respect to people. We are the buyer and they would not have a job if it wasn't for us people in Nola. SO they treat u bad .. go to the baton rouge dealer off of O'neal!!!!!!!!!!!!! they have great saleman and service!
