I enjoyed doing business with Progressive Home Improvement because they were very professional during the entire process. They provided a detailed explanation of the job, and completed the job as promised. The crew worked expeditiously and did a great job replacing my roof.

I had a new metal roof installed on my Mid-City cottage. Progressive worked with me throughout to be sure that all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. everyone i met on their team was courteous, professional, and helpful. The crew went out of their way to be sure my neighbors didn't have to deal with mess or noise anymore than necessary. i always new what to expect and they communicated with me about any problems or concerns. I am really happy with the appearance of my roof and the experience with Progressive!

Chris was great to work with. The roofers showed up when expected. Did a great job replacing our flat roof on a 2 story building. They kept me informed on progress and left the area clean. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend Progressive Roofing.

They came on time and even started early most days. They worked all day except for water breaks and lunch. They cleaned the yard every day before leaving. When a problem arose, they returned and corrected the issue quickly.

Chris and his crew were friendly and helpful. They responded well to my written list of concerns and requirements. The project manager was quick to respond to my questions and never defensive. The project took just a little over a day and the cleanup was excellent. The price was reasonable and my roof looks great. If the shingles are as good as their guaranty I will be very happy and satisfied.

Chris Matise and his so called 2nd generation of roofers are a bunch of crooks. I had a metal roof put on my house not to long ago. Within 6 months the roof need to be replaced. After several attempts of contacting him, to no avail. I needed to hire an attorney. At the time of the installation Mr. Matise's company was called "Progressive Roofing". He is now operating under the name "Progressive Roofing & Home Improvements". I would strongly recommend to do your homework on this business and contact the Louisiana State Board of Contractors. His contractors license was revoked. Most of his reviews are fake and has reviewed his own company to make his business look as if he is all this and then some. He reviews himself as Chris M. Consumer Beware!!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Progressive the staff was wonderful. I had a metal shingle roof installed on my home and it is beautiful. definitely recommend them to everyone.

I love my new roof. All of the staff was professional, the costs are reasonable and every thing was handled in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend these guys to anybody who asked.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and accommodating. He visited our home to give the estimate on a Saturday. The workers were here on the following Tuesday, and the work is complete. All workers were professional and accomplished the job timely. Additionally, they were very careful about cleaning up their mess upon completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Progressive Roofing to anyone.

EXTREMELY over priced. Do yourself a favor and get other estimates and compare. Customer service was good and quality of work good

I signed a contract and made a down payment on Thursday, September 13, 2012. I was told I would receive a telephone call the following week to schedule the work. Since I hadn’t received a telephone call by Sunday of the following week I telephoned Monday morning September 24, 2012. Had to leave a message. When my call was returned I was told the work was scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning, September 26, 2012. Since no one had shown up or called by noon on Wednesday my wife telephoned. Voice mail! She left a message. We waited for a return call as to why no one had come or called but didn’t receive one. I called the office later in the afternoon and was told someone would be here before 5:00 pm. No call no show by ten minutes to 5 so my wife telephoned the office. The office had already closed even though it was supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. Answering service answered. Of course they didn't know anything. It is now 6:00 pm. We have wasted the whole day waiting and getting bogus information. I don't recommend this company. Unreliable! This is the last time I will use it.

I try to work with only locally owned companies for all my needs. Progressive not only responded to my requests quickly but were very thorough in my questions. The rain caused some delays but they let me know when they would be there, we know there's no controlling the rain here. The crew was polite and cleaned up like they were never there. The ladies in the office followed up and made sure to answer my questions. If I ever have other problems or know someone who does, they will be my first & only recommendation.
