I have been going here for parts and service for years on all my trailers. I used to do all my repairs myself but their prices are so good I just let them fix it. Most cases you can drop off your trailer and pick it up the same day.

Normally, I would not write another review of a business but this one deserves to be written. I went back to Pearsons after my motorcycle trailer tires (4) were chopped, gouged, on the inside. All 4 wore evenly on the inside threads and when I asked my worldly biker buddies who owned toy-hauler trailers, all came up with end of the world scenarios. One stated that the 2, 3500lb axles had become bent and rendered unusable. The other replied that my spindles had become crooked and needed to be replaced. The other stated that my trailer was crooked due to the tires alignment and I was to purchase a larger, wider tire and it would be OK. After a sleepless night of seeing images of all these maladies and costs to correct them, I waited for morning to call Troy Pearson and ask him. Next morning, at 8am, I had my trailer at Pearsons on a bitter cold Dec 2012 meeting. The guys in his office took my trailer inside their shop and operated on the patient. 4 hours later, I got the fateful call; there was nothing wrong with the axles, spindles or alignment.it was just the tires time to die. They were, after all, 6 years old and in tire ages, thats terminal. Now, I waited on the costs of the medical attention for the trailerNothingnada.no sale.no charge. I could not believe it. My buddy at New Orleans Harley (a shameful commercial plug for my Hog distributer) reminded me about Pearsons over a list of other comparable businesses and Im glad I made the call. Since the trailer was already on the operating table, I authorized Troy to repack the seals and anything else he could to make the trailer run like a deer. Also to recommend a good trailer tire place. He did that and off I went. For the day, Troys services came to $200 and the tires at Area Wholesale Tire Company, Westwego, LA came to $321.00. $531 total costs well spent dollars and on top of that, the trailer and truck ran like butter through the often potholed streets on the way back home. Im impressed. Contact Troy Pearson for your trailer needs, any trailer, any size. The guys there look like theyre having fun helping customers.
