I have brought 3 New cars off show room floor's brand new, and I've owned a couple of pre owned car's also,My experience with Jefferson AutoPlex surpassed them all, The staff and the owner Mike made sure I received My dream car and left their lot totally satisfied, I recommed this company to anyone that is looking to purchase a pre owned vehicles.

One of their sales men took $2000.00 for a vehicle and disappeared with my money and I still don't have the car. The owner has given me the runaround since January 10, 2016

I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealer July 6, 2013 and have nothing but major problems that should have been remedied months ago. The VIN was either illegible or outright wrong on all of the sales documents. It's now the end of October and the dealer has failed to send me a license plate and registration. The Office of Motor Vehicles has put them in the mail to me as I got a ticket for no license plates, expired temporary tag, and expired brake tag. This dealer promised to purchase and install a new radio which broke before I could leave the lot, promised to fix the driver's side passenger seat which also broke before I could drive off the lot and change the kick plate under the driver's side dash in order to cover all of the exposed and dangling wires. To date, the dealer has only replaced the radio and caused me to drive to Kenner on at least four different occasions to fix the things he promised to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Louisiana Attorney General's Office along with the Better Business Bureau. I suspect I probably won't have my issues resolved but it was worth a shot to me for taking advantage of a woman. Do yourself a favor; buy a vehicle from any other dealer in this state. Your blood pressure and anxiety levels with thank you.

I am an auto broker. I was hired by them to ship one of their customers vehicles. They are the absolute rudest dealership or customer for that matter that i have every spoken with. they cursed me out, called me every name in the book, called their own customer stupid, and spoke about my mother. I do not know how any company let alone a human being could every speak to someone in such a manner. This company has an F with the BBB and for good reason. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased a car from there almost two years ago. I took out an 18 month loan and I just stopped making payments about two weeks ago....I was making payments on my car not knowing that is was paid for and they continued to let me make payments....I called and asked how much I had left to pay before my car was paid for and they could not give me an answer so I called the title company and they were able to help me. I went to the dealership to see the paperwork with my payments and the guy JIMMY became very irate and stormed out of the door hopped in the car with someone and left. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!....He couldn't show me anything stating that I had made payments on the car....he didn't think that I would question him about my payments because he told me that my car was paid for....I feel to believe that they owe me some money because I think that they let me pay on a car that was already paid for but if they can't handle their business professionally I know who can thank god I kept all of my statements and paperwork of the payments that I made...one way or another I will get my money.....

I called looking for a particular car, on thats not very hard to find and the man was just rude, and thought it was funny.
