Great service. We had a/c problem. He called back within about 5 min. Came 2 hours later. Great service. They have been an AHS (home warranty company) since 1983. In talking with him, it seems he had several trucks and technicians a few years ago but it got out of hand. He couldn't hire good techs. So he is a one-man operation with a helper now. Steve handles service himself.

I highly recommend him.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Does not return calls to set up appointments then tells you he is to busy for your small appoitment and has bigger issues to deal with. Hung up on me as a customer!!! TERRIBLE!!! Would have no AC before calling this place!!!!!
