        Overall

        Chris promptly answered all my communications to him. He arrived before scheduled. He did a very thorough inspection both inside and outside of the house. Chris then took the time to walk me through all his findings and explain what they meant. He was very specific about areas of concern and why.. not meeting code, etc. I received my report on the day following the inspection even though it wasn't officially due for about 5 days. Chris was very personable and encouraged me to contact him should I have any further questions after receiving report.
