Ostroms Drug & Gift

There have been a number of calls where the staff member has been very rude, and, reporting it to the owners gets you exactly NOWHERE. The response has been lukewarm, even discouraging. They do not accept criticism well, especially when it comes to their more "experienced" employees. It's like they simply don't want to hear it.

I've had them ignore calling me in time to prevent a trip, as well as them completely spacing a response when a prescription was denied by the insurance company.

The best part about the pharmacy is that they are the last remaining company to fill blister packs & medisets for private use. But if I had access to another pharmacy that DID still provide this service, I'd have stopped using this company long ago.
