We were disappointed to read your review. On a whole, all of our dogs enjoy their time and go home and happy and relaxed. As for confusion and fights, whenever you have a large group of dogs together it is noisy and there is the occasional miscommunication between dogs, which we resolve quickly. And finally, as for being dirty. While boots and doggie paws can bring quite a bit of dirt through the lobby area, our facility never smells of urine or feces and is cleaned constantly. We're sorry that your experience was less than the stellar. Our goal is the safety and comfort of our dogs at all times.
