General Info: Founded in 1965, North Johnston High serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school has a staff that includes a student advocate, testing coordinator, career development counselor and more than 55 classroom teachers. North Johnston High operates various departments, such as special education, English, social studies, math, science, fine arts, foreign languages, and health and physical education. In addition, North Johnston High offers football, basketball, volleyball, golf, softball, powerlifting, cross country, and track and field as sport activities. The school operates a range of organizations, such as a band, arts club, Spanish club, choir and student council. North Johnston High is a part of Johnson County Schools. The school is located in Kenly, N.C.
