        Smiley transportation. LLC is commercially insured. OUR employees GO through background checks (local. State. And federal). They have to provide department of public safety driving records every year. Every employee is CPR and first AID certified.

        Smiley transportation. LLC is a student shuttle service for the kisd and nwisd school districts. We are a door to door service. We offer transportation where the school BUS does NOT. Students are shuttled to and from school and after and before school activities. Need your student there but the BUS CAN NOT GET them. . . Call US. Need your student to BE safe AT home and NOT walking to a BUS stop call US.

        Not sure what is wrong with this last review, but Smiley Transportation has the highest safety rating in the county. They have security cameras, drivers are certified in CPR. I know my driver was never late. She was happy and excited about her job. I would have to say that we would highly recommend Smiley Transportation. We have used their service this last year and so happy with it that we are using their service again for next year.

        I would NOT recommend this transportation service to anyone!! They don't even deserve 1 star. My daughter was walking into her school when a driver almost plowed over her in the school parking lot, while recklessly speeding through morning drop off. I called to talk to someone about how reckless their driver was driving, and all I got was a chance to leave a voicemail. A lady called me back by the name of Rachelle and was SO RUDE, because i didn't describe into detail on the voice mail as to why i was calling on the matter. Told me that "she had no idea as to why i was calling them, or what the voicemail was even about". After i replied back to her call, and explained what had happened, it was like she was a totally different person on the phone!! DO NOT let your children ride with this company, due to their reckless driving and how they treat concerned parents.
