North Hills Family Practice

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment first thing one day. Doctor showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. I had a 4:30 appointment the other day. I arrived early. At 5:15, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told I had 6 more people in front of me to be called back. I asked if another Dr could see me. They asked one and he said "No, it's time for me to go home." They do not care about their patients here.

I do not recommend this practice of associates. While the doctors and nurses are competent, the office is way too busy to care about their patients as individuals and the "site manager" is never available. I asked Stacy to call me twice regarding some ongoing issues and the call never came. Call and listen to their recorded message as you wait on hold -- for a very long time -- and know that everything they claim to be "for you" is not true or possible with the staff they have. I experienced waiting in line to check in with 3 people ahead of me and the phone ringing UNANSWERED, only to be told I would have to reschedule because I was "too late," waiting for Stacy the site manager to make a decision that no one else at "the front" could make--Stacy never materialized, (Dr Henderson agreed to see me and I do think she's a good doctor) calling the office three times for test results only to wait on hold for 30+ minutes, after which I requested Stacy to call me again and finally, a letter telling me to seek medical service elsewhere (without ever a phone call from the site manager.) Competent care is available elsewhere--where you won't feel like cattle.
