Terribly disappointed. Given bad advice more than once. Disorganized office. Never checked medical file for conflicts. Had to be very diligent to remind them about issues in file for my child. They told me to take an egg allergic child to a supermarket or pharmacy for a flu shot, even after I reminded them about her allergy. Office manager is exceptionally rude. Further, even though they know how difficult it is for military families to get health care (few providers take Tricare), they dropped the insurance because it was too much Paperwork. Military families have no choice for insurance here and it is shameful that this office does not support its military because of the paperwork. The place is just a mess
