        My sprinkler system stopped working and Just Add H20 came out to repair it. Everything was going well and we agreed on a price of a little over $200 to complete the initial repairs. Once the initial repairs were done they found a couple of damaged sprinkler head and some other minor repairs. When I asked for a price to fix the sprinkler heads I was told by the owner (John) that "we only charge for our time and materials". Within less than an hour all of the extra repairs were done. Sounds great so far.... Very fast work....... Then I'm given a bill in excess of $400. Wow!!! $200 for less than an hours work. I thought attorney's charged a lot. I won't be using this company again and you should make sure that John gives you a quote and hourly price before he begins working. Don't make the mistake that I did and trust this company to give you a fair hourly price. Get it in writing.

        With well over 30 years of experience and workmanship, I stand behind every job with pride. My son and I are both licensed professionals and we work together effectively and efficently. We service your system right the first time and you can count on that! Although we do our best, we cannot make every customer happy. This customer failed to mention we installed a brand new 9 station Hunter controller, along with locating and replacing broken pipes and replacing broken heads. This customer recieved fast, excellent service during one of the hottest summers on record!

        My Heroes

        Had a complete mess - a marsh on one side of my house and a lake on the other. These guys called me back right away. Came out fast. Showed up when they said they would AND actually fixed it!! I've had no so great results with other sprinkler people. These guys rock!!
