My husband Erick, was the one who initially spoke with Mr. Woods. I did not personally go to or speak with Mr. Woods until I went to pick up the car. He was very friendly and even came in on his day off to finish the sell he had started with my husband. I loved that I could walk right in and drive right out with my new vehicle. Mr.Woods, as well as the manager (don't know his name) made the process very smooth for both me and my husband.

my experience with this dealer has been HORRIBLE! I don't expect a lot from used car dealers but after the sale trying to get my car detailed like they "owed" me was horrible I brought my car up there two different times one of those i spent almost two hours in the waiting room with my 2 year old still i cant see and pick up clumps of hair and who knows what else from the console, seats, and door pockets. Buying used I wasn't expecting a spotless vehicle but paying 20,000 for a used vehicle i expect a little effort and less attitude from the used car manager. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.
