i.e., A lBEWARE! They sometimes charge your credit card twice, then say "it just happens" . On April 8, I was charged twice for the same transaction. When I called the company, Katy Frwy branch, I was told "oh, that happens sometimes, there's nothing we can do from our end, you have to contact your bank.". After further questioning, she said her manager had "tried" to fix it but the credit card service said there was nothing they could do. I told her they either need to find a new cc processor or a new manager ..or both. I have NEVER heard of a company who will charge twice & claim they can't fix the problem! I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my bank getting the extra charge reversed. Bneedless to say if I ever do business with these people again, it will be cash only!ocal favorite, or highly recommended because
