Company has declined in service quality over the past year. Chris, the owner, is rude and accused me of being a liar. Then, he insisted that I could not be refunded the balance of the termite insurance (which is a violation of the law and simply bad business). Used to be happy with them and used them every quarter for years for pest control services as well as for annual termite inspection/warranty. I will be suing them on principle...simply because Chris is a jerk!
