Brought my 2012 Bmw 328 to do my brakes and oil change done quickly has been a month and my car is still running well

Had my car there for two days from Thursday to Friday. I had to call them at 4 o'clock on Friday( a holiday weekend) just to get some kind of answer from them. There answer was that that they couldn't find the problem with my car. Wonder how long they knew they couldn't fix it? It would have been nice to have my car back before the end of a business day especially if they couldn't repair the problem. We wanted to have a $69.00 diagnostics preformed on the car which is what they charge, and they never called to update us on the problem or status. When I called to ask for Joe the guy we were originally talking to, he was not available. The guy over the phone asked if he could help me. I asked him if he knew anything about my SUV, he immediately got snappy with me and begin to tell me how his company was loosing money at $69.00 to keep working on finding a problem with my car...If your diagnostic price is $69 and you are loosing money by looking at my car wouldn't you have called me the first full day on Thursday or even Friday morning? Anyways as I began to ask him so whats next, the owner in a very hard tone said, " Just come pick it up" I paused and was thinking is this really how you talk to a customer...I then said are you serious? Before I finished that sentence he in a very rude Voice said " Come Pick it up" That they were not going any further with it. I rushed home to get to there shop before they closed a 6. As I pulled in the owner was locking the front door, and as i approached him I asked, " Are you the guy I talked to over the phone?" He replied yes and your car is over there. The keys were left in the car and the car was unlocked and he was about to just leave my car wide open and go home. Who does this? I highly recommend no one taking your car to this shop, they do not know how customer service works in this country.
