I love this place; dr really care about ours pets the staff so care friendly ,we have clinics a mile up to road but would much rather tale the 20 mile or so trip to GRAND PARK CLINIC where I know my babies will be well love too

LOVE THIS CLINIC! My family has taken all our pets to this clinic for around 10 years. They take their time, are concerned about both, the pets and their humans! Cannot recommend them enough!

I boarded my beagle there (Nellie) for a week. The cost should have been about $140. The bill was over $300 when I picked her up because they had taken it upon themselves to give her a bunch of unnecessary shots. I was not called or consulted about the extra costs. And they expected me to pay the bill despite the fact the decision was made with no permission at all. Then they use the line "well don't you care about your dog"? I can tell you that this place will never see my dog again.

We have been going to this vet for the last three years. I can't say enough about Dr. Brown. I have a half Akita and Rott and he isn't the sweetest when he is feeling bad but she gets down on the floor with him and gives him all of her attention AND TAKES HER TIME. That is what I love about this place, they truly care about your animals as if they were their own and for her really sick patients, she personally calls to check up on the animal, that's rare. Awesome place, can't say enough about it. I highly recommend it.

I have been a client here for 13 years. I have been treated beyond fairly as have my pets. I have never experienced a clinic more willing to go out of their way to help their clients and their pets. The vets there have called me many times after hours from their personal phones at home to check on my dogs when they were sick. I have also barged in with strays in horrible condition and I have never been turned away. They go out of their way each and every time to provide quality service to myself, my family pets and my rescue dogs. Love this clinic and everyone who works there!!! The whole staff truly cares about you and your pets where a lot of others only care about your pocket book. Prices are always fair and I am never overcharged. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have been a client of Grand Park Animal for over 20 years. Needless to say, I was appalled when I read the horrible review of this wonderful clinic. I have found the veternarians and the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional. The fees for their services are extremely reasonable. Yes, there have been times when I have had to wait while they were dealing with an animal emergency. The staff always give me the option of waiting or rescheduling. I was not offended because I knew that it was an emergency and someone's pet needed the staff's undivided attention at that time. There have been times when other clients have had to wait on me because one of my pets had an emergency. Again, no one seemed to be angry or upset because they knew it was an emergency. I highly recommend Grand Park Animal Clinic for their caring, courteous, and professinal manner.

BEWARE THIS ANIMAL CLINIC IS NOT RUNNING WELL, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CAREFUL NOT TO COUNT ON THEM, ONLY USE THEM IF YOUR DESPERATE. WE WENT THERE FOR OUR FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT AND THEY JUST TOLD US TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY HAD A DOG WITH PARVO IN THERE AND THE WHOLE PLACE WAS INFESTED, THIS COST US ANOTHER $200.00 DOLLAR BECAUSE WE WAITED ON THIS CLINIC, AND THEN IT WAS A MESS WHEN WE WENT THERE, I JUST DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE, HOPE THIS HELP SORRY GOD, BUT NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO GO THUR WHAT THEY PUT ME THUR.
