Furniture Queen

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP! I came into furniture queen's store in katy about a week ago, ordered a $700 dining set. Few days later the furniture was delivered and all four chairs had major issues. So I called and spoke with one of the ladies that work there. She had to talk to someone about making the exchange and said she would call me back. So I get a call from this little punk STEPHEN, who works there - and he proceeds to ARGUE with me, refuse to fix the problem and insult me over the phone - I can't count how many times I was called a "f****** b****"! I am DISGUSTED I was treated this way - here I was shelling out $700 for a dining set, I'm the customer and to be talked to like that from some trashy employee is VILE. I have yet to speak with the owner, we will see how that goes. He probably knows her personally and thats the only way he can keep this job, because I know no one anywhere else would put up with this guys crap! Oh, and he insisted he was the owner too, how funny is that? Records show a MELISSA WARD owns the company, not this little scum bag. Folks, do NOT do business here, if you have an issue with any of your furniture I guarantee the same thing will happen to you! I will post a followup on how everything gets resolved with my furniture and if I actually get to speak to the owner. Very disappointed, I will never do business here again after being treated this way.

The owner, Melissa Ward, NEVER called me back. Guess she is ok with her nasty employees treating customers like this? What a coward. Melissa, you have A LOT to learn about running a business. How sad!
