Love Wornall Automotive!! They do a great job taking care of me. They are honest and I never feel taken advantage of.

The staff is courteous and really friendly. They are easy to talk to and explain things in a way that I can understand. They have always done a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!

As someone that knows little to nothing about cars I really appreciate that they can troubleshoot my problems and maintain my car, all while being affordable and flexible for appointments. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is a really tough proposition in today's world. Luckily there are business like Wornall Automotive to change the story. Ryan and Mark are professional, straightforward and welcoming as can be. The shop itself is clean and comfortable. Every time I go in someone greets me immediately, no long waits to see if someone is actually going to come to the front desk like in some places. I know that any time I need to bring my car in, they will not only take care of my car, but they will also take care of me as well. I've been impressed with this place for two years now since I found out about it. This is the best auto repair shop I have been to anywhere. They did a same day brake, pad and rotor on my SUV for a shockingly reasonable price, then I showed them my receipt from the same at Firestone for my van just a couple months previous and the Firestone price was quadruple what they charged me! The service was fast and courteous and I will be taking our vehicles here for as long as we are in Kansas City. Keep up the great work guys!!

I appreciate Wornall Automotive for being loyal and dependable and checking my car thoroughly. They go above and beyond to accommodate me if I need a ride, or to make my wait very pleasant. They take care of my Honda Hybrid very well, and I so appreciate their hard work and hospitality! Ryan is the best!

Dispicable. That's all I can say. I made a specific service request and they refused to perform the requested service. They identified a rediculous number of unneeded repairs and refused to release my car until I paid them for the rediculouse repair estimate that I declined. So I paid them for the rediculous estimate, and called a TOW TRUCK to get my car away from this establishment as quickly as possible. YES I PAID A TOW TRUCK AND THESE LOUSY *!%!@ To send my car to a reputable repair shop. I saved myself over $2000!! Wow...that's not a minor error. If you're not a mechanic, or a mechanial engineer like myself.... you might want to listen to this!!

Wornall Automotive is probably the best shop I've ever received service from. The staff is wonderful - friendly, honest, and more than helpful! I've only gone in there twice for my car, but unless I'm doing the work myself, I will always choose to take my car to them. They replaced my fuel pump with a respectable price. They kept me updated while they were holding my car at the shop every day. The shuttle service is very appreciated! It was nice being able to drop my car off before work and then get a ride from the shop. My second trip was for my fuel gauge; it had stopped working. Thanks to the wonderful warranty from replacing the fuel pump, I was able to get that fixed up for free! :D Thank you so much, again! I will always choose this shop over any other in Kansas City.

Wornall Automotive is very customer oriented, and they're good about taking the time to explain the workings of my vehicle. This is great for someone like me who is unfamiliar with almost everything about a car. They have competent auto repair technicians and employees who are polite and ready to give you fair prices. Excellent work and has always been fixed correctly the first time!!

They've always done a great job fixing my vehicle and saving me money also. I have been coming here for a few years since I moved here for school. Started coming here because of there AAA rating. My car is always fixed right by them the first time and they are very informative about other issues they notice. There is never any pressure to do anything and I like that they always list things in order of importance for me, such as safety things vs. maintenance things. I have checked there prices with other shops and have always found them right in the ball park. I highly recommend wornall automotive to anybody needing good and honest car repairs!!!

They mark up the prices on their parts. I needed a ball joint, and they wanted to charge approximate $118 for it. That does not include labor. I found the same part same brand name for only $18. I kindly asked the guy if I could just buy the part myself and then pay them to put it on. He refuses and states it's company policy why they can't do that. I stated why should i pay an extra $100 for something. Don't trust these guys. They are treating you a like a cash cow. If they quote you a price double check it online, and you will see what I am talking about.
