I have had a great experience renting with Rowan.

All of my maintenance requests have been completed in a timely fashion, and I find that the maintenance people are very communicative even in the event of a delay, so I never feel like I'm being left in a lurch.

They have an excellent online portal which makes communication and paying my rent extremely convenient, and I'm not charged a fee for using their payment system, as other apartment managers charge.

I was also impressed that, even though I personally didn't need to utilize it, they did communicate with residents about COVID accommodations when everything closed in March 2020 and people were losing jobs left and right.

Give them a try. They do a great job!
