Food is Delicious! Every pizza I have tried I liked. Other menu items are just as good! Drink prices are very reasonable and are always delicious!

Great pizza, fun atmosphere! Dillion introduced us to our new favorite pizza and it's our speciality every time! We will continue to go back just for Dillion and our specialty: BBQ Chicken Pizza, hold the red onions, add cream cheese.

Pizza by the slice at lunch is great. Fresh,hot and tasty. Friendly staff. Macaela does a great job!

Cool place. First, great food. Delicious pizza, pasta and a good beer selection. Second, lots of TVs usually airing a variety of sports. Third, friendly staff. It's a cozy, comfortable environment to wind down a day or catch a game. Try the Papa Minsky's gourmet pizza. You won't be sorry!

I have enjoyed all my visits to the Minsky's at the City Market. I must say I am a bit shocked by some of the negative reviews but I did notice that several of the upset patrons did not even review the proper location. My experiences at the City market location have been very positive. The staff has always been courteous and several occasions they have gone out of their way to find a particular game for me on one of their many gigantic TVs. The have a descent selection of beers on tap and seem to rotate seasonal ales which is nice. The pizza has always been outstanding at any Minsky's and this one stays true to the brand in that sense. I have even found the staff to be helpful in suggest little tweaks to menu items just to spice them up a bit.

I have been to the Main location more times than I can count. A hidden gem to watch sports. Their pizza is outstanding. Dillon and Britta have always provided wonderful service. Aside from it being a Nebraska bar, I can't say enough good things about the place.

BAD SERVICE is not just at a given location--it's the new company motto. From the time we got there, the guy stood and looked at us rather than seat us. Waited about 10 minutes to have server come take drink order, so we placed food order at same time. We ordered two pizzas. and one was inedible. Had to ask another server to get our server. Asked twice, and he said our server was working both sides of restaurant and would come when she could. When she showed up, I told her we were not paying for bad pizza, bring us bill for one. She got manager, who told us she didn't comp food.

Order from Dominos, Pizza Hut, Pizza John, whomever, but don't take hungry kids and show them food they can't eat. Location: Independence Service: Disaster Food: Poor

The experience of ordering food at this location is absolutely terrible, and forget ordering a delivery. They flat out refuse to provide a reciept and i honestly think they charge more than they are claiming because a calzone and garlic bread should be 10.58 yet for some reason was over 17.00. thats alot of tax! Rude hateful employees and below par food. Where is the health department??

We went to Minsky's in Liberty last night and had the worst service I've ever had in my life. We stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes while a manager, hostess, and several servers walked by and ignored us or asked us to move out of their way. The hostess sat us in the bar without asking, then the server took a very long time to even come to our table. We ordered an appetizer that never came. The manager ended up bringing our pizza to us and saying the cooks never got the appetizer order. I told that manager that was fine but we didn't want it anymore. He said it was already in the oven and they would give it to us/take care of it. Of course the appetizer was on the bill when we received the bill. We asked the server about it and she said she knew nothing and would have the manager take it off. The MANAGER came to our table and said " I think YOU misunderstood me when I said I would take care of the appetizer, I wasn't planning on giving it to you for free". I quickly reminded him that I said I didn't want it anymore since it came to our table 20 minutes after the meal. He quickly said "I remember you saying that now, I'll take it off your bill". 20 minutes later, the server brought the bill back with the appetizer off of it. I will never go back to the Liberty Minsky's again. Terrible service and terrible management. I would think that as a company you would not want to lose a customer for life over a 4 dollar appetizer.
