Mattress Firm

Came in to look around one day. Found a memory foam bed with a great price tag. Sales person was very friendly and not pushy. He sealed the deal by giving us some great savings I could not walk away from. With there happiness guarantee for one year, I am able to try it out and even given the chance to get money back if I find it cheaper anywhere! I loved the mattress but it hurt my husbands back a little because it was too firm. We went back in to the liberty store with the second intent to just look. And once again, left even more excited because we exchanged it for a softer mattress. The process was so easy and hassle free. The manager worked with us to extend the same savings as we got on the memory foam mattress to insure we would still be getting just as good of a deal on the new bed. He was very helpful and not pushy. This store has great customer service skills and truly want the customer to be happy and return. Both times I had no intention of buying a mattress. It was a combination of great prices, wonderful product, and amazing service that will keep me coming back! Thank you so much liberty store! Can't wait to get my new bed! Thank you again!
